Invite programme rules

Your friend gets a discount on their first order, and you get a bonus.

Your friend's discount

A friend who opens your link or enters your code at checkout gets €5 off the goods of a first order from €30.

The discount is one-time: the first order only. It does not combine with a promo code.

The browser keeps the link's code for 30 days. If another link is opened, the last one counts.

Once your friend collects their first order, we add €5 of bonus to your profile 7 days later.

If the order is returned within that time, no bonus is added.

A bonus lowers the price of the goods in your next orders. It is not money: it cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.

A bonus stays valid for 12 months after it is added, then it expires.

You cannot invite yourself: not with your own code, and not from another account, e-mail or phone.

The shop may refuse a discount or a bonus when it sees abuse, such as several accounts of one person.

When the number of friends with a bonus added reaches 3, then 10, we give you a product from our range. Your profile shows which gift.

An ambassador gets, as bonus, 10% of a friend's first purchase and 5% of friends' purchases for 12 months.

The shop grants and withdraws ambassador status.
