Data processed and purposes

To fulfil an order, we process your name, contact details and order contents. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Delivery records

When the van delivers your order, we keep the van's arrival and departure times at your stop, with one GPS point for each, the messages we sent you about the order, your taps on "I'm at the van" and the driver's note.

We process them to perform your order (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation) and afterwards, in our legitimate interest, to defend legal claims, for example when an order was not collected (Article 6(1)(f)).

For an order that was disputed or not collected, we keep these records for 3 years from the stop date, and longer only while a dispute is open. For stops with no dispute, we keep the GPS points for about 90 days, then delete them. We keep invoices, refunds and other payment documents for at least 5 years, as the Accounting Law requires. We keep a "card only" mark after a cash order was not collected only while it applies, then delete it.

You have the right to object to this processing (Article 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation). While the records are needed to defend a legal claim, we may refuse to erase them. You can contest a "card only" mark, and a member of our staff will review it. Write to office@test.arkanbazar.eu.

If you open a friend's invite link, the hb_ref cookie keeps the invite code for the period set in the invite programme rules, so the discount reaches your order.
